Complete fiber series electric resistant furnaces

     We are the main supplier of the furnaces in China to the German Heraeus manufactures locating in China which producing the optical vitreous quartz products. And other large same field manufactures. The quality of the heat-treatment is similar to the original furnaces produced in German.

    This series of products are interval operational electric resistant furnaces.

We can increase and decrease nominal power and size of chamber according to the requirements of users. So the size of the furnace is not limited strictly.

These furnaces are used for sintering, melting and anneal suitable for the ceramic, high level alloy steel products and quartz products. According to requirements of users the covers of furnaces can be designed as vertical type, horizontal type, round barrel type and many other geometry shapes.(Temperature can rise from 50 to 1600 Celsius degree. There are specification models such as box type, trolley type, net-belt type, tunnel type, handspike type, crucible type and pipe type and etc). The shells of furnaces made of heteromorphy shaped steel and or heteromorphy stainless steel materials.

       This series of furnaces adopt silicon-carbon sticks as heating components. The highest work temperature can reach 1350 Celsius degree. The feature of these furnaces is of heating up rapid. (About 45 to 60 minutes reach the highest temperature, the increasing time of the furnaces are one sixth to one eighth of traditional electric furnaces). The energy consumption of empty furnaces is very small, the homogeneity of the temperature is very good, and the temperature of surfaces is very low. Comparing with traditional products these furnaces can save electric power above 30 percentages. The furnace is especially used for the quartz heat- treatment with high purity. The heath purity is less than 0.01% for the Fe, Al, Ni,Cr, Ca, Mg, P, S, Cu.
